Depending on the model, our scooters typically offer a range between 25 to 45 miles. Factors such as rider weight, terrain, and speed mode will influence the total distance.
How long does it take to fully charge the battery?
A full charge generally takes between 4 to 6 hours using our standard UL-certified fast charger. We recommend charging the battery once it hits 20% to prolong its lifespan.
Are Apachie scooters water-resistant?
Yes, our scooters carry an IP54 water-resistance rating, meaning they are protected against light rain and splashes. However, they should not be submerged or used in heavy downpours.
What is your shipping policy for large electronic items?
We offer free ground shipping on all scooter orders within the continental US. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours and delivered within 3-5 business days.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
Every Apachie scooter comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering the motor, battery, and controller against manufacturing defects.
What is your return policy if I am not satisfied?
We offer a 30-day return policy. The scooter must be in its original packaging and have less than 10 miles of recorded usage to qualify for a full refund.
