At Apachie Scooters, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your ride; if you are not, you may return your scooter in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Securely pack your scooter in its original factory packaging, including all chargers, manuals, and tools to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for inspection.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the scooter's condition and odometer reading, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
